Here is what I'm looking for in combat pilots :
*Obey FC orders without question *Engage in some Low Security PVP aswell as 0.0 PVP *Participate in small wolfpack style gangs aswell as large fleets *Pilot a ship assigned to you by the FC for any operation, regardless of your preference (based on your skill ability).
If you think you can answer yes to all of these, then write me a eve-mail explaining why I should give you a role within the Navy. Unlike many other PvP outfits out there, you will not be just another number. You will be expected to play an active role in operations, and work towards our Cartel goals as a team.

Originally by: Thom Daranta Here's a question:
I'm currently running missions, would like to contribute to a 0.0 corp/alliance and can both mine and rat.
But I want to pvp, as well.
With your corporate structure, how hard is the line between the three primary areas? Is it more a matter of specialization?
Or do you actively discourage, say, ratters fitting for pvp and helping bust a camp or tackling an intruder?
When you have different corporations for each area, it makes it seem a lot more "this and only this is your job" than perhaps you mean for it to be. I've not been out to 0.0 but I find it hard to believe that everyone isn't expected from time to time to help out when the enemy comes around.
Anyway I don't quite count under the skillpoint requirements, so I'll keep looking here, but thought I'd ask if my perception was intended or if I'm just looking through noob-tinted glasses
The idea behind the different divisions is that your put into a group where the activities you more commonly engage in are the same as those in the group, thus making it more likely you will participate in group activities.
This does not however limit any member from joining in a pvp operation, or indeed any other activity that would be considered something a separate group would be involved in.
Each division is simply a means to better organize things we do and give members everything they need in one place for their career specific roles.

Ihatalo Internal Security : PvE pilots We have many spawn sites, access to 9/10 and 10/10 complexes, and lots of open space to explore.
Ihatalo Heavy Industries : Industrial Pilots We have countless untouched belts offering lucrative 0.0 ores and profitable ice fields.
Ihatalo Navy : PvP Pilots: We have daily operations including raids, patrols, gatecamps, busting gate camps, roaming gangs, the lot.
